proper equipment included breakfast
the gym had proper equipment , but one treadmill needed maintenance. the cafe across the street included a real breakfast , it surprised me.
the room lacked a safe or microwave , but there was one in the hallway near the front desk.

adequate but flawed premises
essential storage insufficient cleaning
My experience included some issues. the room lacked essential storage. there were no closet, nor furniture for clothes. I had to live out of my suitcase. the room was never cleaned , despite reporting it. i had to make my own bed and empty trash. this fell far short of my expectations.
